"I booked a 1 night stay for me and my wife for her birthday and we got a great room with an amazing view and all was great. There was a huge maintenance issue in the morning with the plumbing and all of my wife’s clothes got soaked. I want to be clear the hotels not at fault for this it could happen anywhere. Long story short the manager I believe her name was Luran was very nice and refunded our stay and gave us a free night in a much nicer room as an apology for the situation . I feel that this hotel truly cares about their guests. and they saved my wife’s birthday and turned it into a great memory for us. We now will be taking our family here every time we come to the beach because of this experience."

"I was not expecting my room to be big. I got the náutica room with balcony/ocean view and I’m glad I did. It had a huge bathtub in front of the windows overlooking the ocean. Soaking in the tub was the perfect way to end my long day after hiking. No AC but they did have a fan for the room. The fireplace was perfect for the chilly nights. Definitely enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler. It was a good location to the town. About a 5-10min drive from nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."
